Hayden’s summer of sales

January 28, 2016 BY

Hayden’s summer of sales HAYDEN Real Estate Torquay is enjoying a increasing the interest in residential properties.

Hayden’s Wayne Mackay said that the fantastic weather had brought a lot of people to the Surf Coast this summer.

“This makes the competition within the property market very strong,” Mr Mackay said.

“We have just had three properties sell before auction, two properties located in ‘Old Torquay’, one at 1/19 Henty Street, a two-bedroom classic beach shack in Old Torquay, and the other nestled in one of Torquay’s most popular streets at 1/29 Spring Street.”

Mr McKay said the two properties were snapped up shortly after listing with one in less than a week of hitting the market.

“The third was a near-new residence, which has to be one of the best available along The Esplanade to date, with views to match, overlooking Fishos beach.

“This amazing property was on the market for less than two weeks before the lucky purchasers snapped it up.

“Over the weekend we also sold a Jan Juc gem at 21 Strathcairn Avenue, which created a lot of interest in this tightly held area.

“At Anglesea, Marius Tekin’s team had a successful auction 59A Eighth Avenue Anglesea with both vendors and purchasers very happy with the result.

“The auction campaigns are tried and tested, with proved results.”

Mr Mackay said his company had many keen clients looking to buy their piece of the coastal dream so there was no better time to consider selling your property than now, in what remains a strong summer market.
